Delivery of new phone

Upgraded my phone tonight. Then advised later that  it will be delivered tomorrow, while I'm at work!! Now can't get  of anyone to ask about delivery to my workplace. Delivery company won't change delivery address for me.

If it is scheduled for tomorrow you will see tracking details under "Recent Orders" in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

They won't change delivery address for security reasons.

I would really advise you contact customers services as early as possible as indicated by @MI5. Personally I am always a 'bit wary' re next day delivery notifications. When you call, ask specifically if the device IS actually out for delivery. If it's not ....you may be able to change the date @Anonymous
