@TheresaV @O2Lisa I hope I've tagged the right people - I think you helped someone else.
I've added Disney plus as an we extra on my account. It says I need to activate it but when I try to follow the link they provide I get an error code. I can't get hold of anyone on the chat function. Can anyone help please?

Please can you look into mine too!! I posted yesterday with exactly the same thing!
I have called and used the chat and they just keep saying wait 24 hours but still nothing and it’s been a few days now. They’ve even tried to delete the extra then reapplying and this still doesn’t work 😞

Hey guys, I've escalated this fault to my team leader and it looks as though it's a fault we are already aware of and investigating.
We haven't got any updates as of yet but I can assure you we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I also have the same problem, messaged on fb and was told it was because the server was so busy and on Twitter I was ignored after giving them my phone number, not very good when I’ve been with you for years
