What an appalling and dreadful service from O2 priority. I wasted hours yesterday and through the evening just trying to get on the website. How many tickets did O2 actually allocate 12? Everyone knew that this would be a huge event and the interest was predicted. Owned by Telefonica a huge international company, brought down by Peter Kay a carpet carrying kid from Bolton, pathetic!
