Hi,
I hope someone can help, I’m not sure if I should be panicking but I am a bit right now and need some reassurance as well as confirmation.
Last November on the 27th (2024) I bought Sam Fender tickets for June 6th with O2 priority (on the app). I was talking to someone and couldn’t remember the venue so thought I’d look it up in my emails which I always save in a special folder or flag of ticket or confirmations of purchased tickets. I couldn’t find anything anywhere, I’ve been searching every folder and going through my inbox, down to the date on which I purchased these tickets. I still cannot find anything to confirm my purchase. I booked through by paying with PayPal and I can see the transaction as well as the ticket selling company it is with (See Tickets) so I know I have definitely bought this. But when I logged into the See Tickets app, I couldn’t not find anything anywhere upcoming events or orders linked to my email. I don’t know who to contact to enquire about when the tickets will appear in my inbox, if there are E tickets with a QR code already generated or anything. I have read online that tickets will not usually appear until closer to the date but I don’t want to wait until the last week before chasing this up to realising that time is against me to get this sorted.
Please, can someone help, give advice or whoever has bought the same tickets to the event through O2 tell me if they received a confirmation email and by whom?
Thank you in advance for any responses.

Chase it up with See Tickets for conformation but usually the tickets only arrive a few days prior to the event.

Thank you for replying! I have gone onto the website, downloaded the app, tried using customer services to look into it and see if they can give me any info specifically relating to my query but no luck whatsoever! There is no email to send to an actual person dealing in customer service, no telephone number as it does not work due to closure, no live chat. So at the moment, I'm going round in circles not knowing who to speak to. I have spoken with O2 representative on a live chat last night and someone will be in contact to give any help or information on my order as I know the purchase was made with my O2 priority. I do hope that my tickets will be sent closer to the date of the event, just no confirmation email from See Tickets is quite worrying as there is no reference number.

I wouldnt expect anyone from o2 to contact you... You will need to persevere with See Tickets best way might be via X - @seetickets or you can try this phone number (It might not work anymore and maybe chargeable) 0843 515 9400
See Tickets like all other ticket sellers are a nightmare to get in touch with..
Just to add all o2 Priority does is act as an introducer to See Tickets and others...

Thanks for responding again! Yes, I have a feeling o2 will just say it’s out of their hands as the ticket merchants are See Tickets, but I thought it was worth trying as it was the only contact I have had with speaking to an actual person to get any confirmation. That’s what I really need though is confirmation from someone to say that See Tickets will send the tickets closer to the date of the event, whereas I know ticketmaster will issue the E ticket immediately from when I have bought with o2 priority in the past. I’m sure I am worrying over nothing. I will wait to hear back from o2 anyway and go from there. I did try to call the number for See Tickets a few times but the call centre is closed. You’re right, it’s a nightmare to get hold of anyone! Thanks again for your advice, it’s most appreciated.
