Been trying to access my account but I’m getting no help. I’ve been logged out and when trying to sign back in it says we can’t send u anymore verification codes. The live chat is extremely useless I keep getting redirected to the app which I’ve stated doesn’t work or getting my conversation ended. I wanted access to priority as I’m trying to buy tickets but clearly I won’t be able to. I didn’t realise when I was receiving text messages my data was probably used as I’m out of the country which I completely didn’t realise and probably would’ve been charged for around 20 texts from 02 that have got me nowhere.
