Looking to buy tickets for a friend's birthday present on O2 Priority presale - will I be able to do this and print out the tickets for them? Without me going to the show?

You would be best asking the ticket seller, as the rules change for each concert / event as some need the card holder to be present some do..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

My print-at-home tickets have my name on, but they're a gift.

When you print off your tickets, the cardholder’s name will appear on each ticket. For most shows, the cardholder doesn't need to attend and they can just print the tickets off and give them to their friends or family to use. We're unable to change the name on the booking - the tickets need to be in the cardholder’s name.

There are a small number of events where the cardholder does need to attend. For shows like this, we make you aware when booking, and email reminders will be sent closer to the event as well.

To check if the cardholder needs to attend the event you've booked for, refer to our Lead Booker Events page.
