how can I talk to a human?

I need to download my invoices but I cannot access my account.

the reason is simple: I need to input a code that is sent to the number. But the sim cannot receive messages because it is in a home alarm device (not in a mobile phone). 

I need a different way to verify my identity, but there 's no way to talk with anyone. How please?

Can you take the SIM out of the security device @AlexMike, put it into a 'phone, do what you need to do and then put it back into the security device ?
