can not reset password

i have smashed my iphone screen and want to login into my O2 account through my laptop but i cant remeber the pasword, so i went to reset it but after entering the new password it send a code to my iphone which i can not read due to my smashed screen, What can i do?

You'll need to put your sim in another device to receive the code or call O2 for help to reset it.

You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary
