I was just wondering if there was a way I could upgrade and not pay the remainder of my plan in full but monthly with a new plan? I’ve been with o2 for years.

Hi @Hannahm I think the answer to your question is No.

But, check your options with O2 customer service, see links in the signature line below or call 202

If you are not eligible for an upgrade then you will have to pay out the remainder of your plan.

Again check in with O2 to see what your options are depending on how close you are to being able to upgrade.

Phone: Motorola G100, 128GB, Android 12, SIMO 20Gb
Broadband: Virgin 350Mb, Tp-Link Router - Deco S4

@Hannahm

To upgrade early you need to pay off your existing device plan fully.
