Hello I have been unable to connect to the WIFI underground for about 6 months now.
I have registered with o2 wifi.
The messages that come up when attempting to connect th WIFI Extra are 'Check password and try again', 'Could not connect to wifi network', 'Signal strength strong'....
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do. Trying to contact customer service is ridiculous and I have also been communicating via twitter.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Virgin have shut down the wifi service on LU.
4g is being rolled out to cover the closure.
