Not able to access myo2 because I am not receiving text messages for the verification code due to a late payment 

but I can not make the payment because I can not get onto myo2

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
