If you're on the new billing system you can add or change your spend cap in your MyO2.

Instead it is on the web version:
Log in, then scroll down once the page loads and I can see the above.
Something to be aware of - I have been moved onto o2's new system, so if your account looks different you won't see the above and won't be able to change it yourself.
If that's the case, the only way to change it is by contacting customer services. Either call 202 (or 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402) from your phone or message on social media:
