Hi, I'm unable to access my online account! I have now paid my latest bill but my phone has still not been re-connected!
please advise!

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
