Hi, I'm trying to contact o2 re; an upgrade but they wont talk to me unless I answer a security question that i set up when I joined. apparently I set up a security question but that was like 2 years ago and now I have no clue what that security question was let alone answer it. How do i found out what my security question was?
Hi Sammi, if its convenient pop into your local O2 store with your driving licence or passport and details of billing amount so they can log into your account, then they can put you on the phone cx service to change your password.
