How do I complain about bad data and phone service?

I have been with O2 for a few months, the 4g is consistently poor, both where I live and non existent where I work. Call service is also extremely poor. I got a plan with 40g of data because when I was with Vodafone I was using slot, now I'm lucky if I use 0.5gb because of lack of coverage. It will be back to Vodafone as soon as my contract is up as I never had any bother with them for 18 years

Hello Monty, sorry to hear your having bad service, it sounds like you may have a faulty sim. I would suggest having a sim swap which can be done free of charge by customer services or popping into a store.
