Hi,
Bought a S23 a couple weeks ago and got the £1.00 offer text yesterday, tried to use it today and the o2 site keeps saying my address is wrong compared to my bank card address (Checked and both identical).
Spoke to o2 live and they have advised I speak to Samsung, I am unsure who at Samsung I should speak to as surely it is an o2 issue?
I can't try a different computer as the voucher code is now showing as used when I try and add it on my account on a different computer.
Have I done something wrong or missed something?

Forget chat and call or use social media.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

@Zozzy If it was Live Chat you were connected to I wouldn't trust what they have told you. Speak to customer service. Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
