Has anyone had problems receiving M&S gift cards after redeeming their O2 Rewards?
I redeemed £20.00 worth of my rewards on Wednesday 28th October and received a confirmation text from O2. However, as of Friday 20th November, I still haven't received anything. I've never had this problem when redeeming rewards for Amazon gift cards which are sent quickly.
I cannot find any information on the 'Help' pages about O2 Rewards, or a telephone number to call about this.
I'm worried that my M&S gift card may have been lost in the post or even stolen, so I'd like to talk to someone to find out if or when it was sent.
Any help or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

There's still time to receive it but you need to call customer service to check if all is well.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
