Hi, I posted this yesterday but I may not have joined the community correctly. Please forgive me if that is so.

My question is, when I open My O2 app on my iPad, it says that I can upgrade. When I click on upgrades all I get is a blank page. Everything else works. The app works perfectly well on my galaxyS7 edge phone. If I sign in to My O2 via the website then the upgrades are there.

does anyone know what's going wrong?

Have you tried reinstalling the myo2 app? As sometimes the app doesnt talk to Safari properly...

This may sound silly, but have you tried in portrait mode?
