I have received a letter saying I need to pay make a payment of £29 for my Apple Watch but when I go on the app and website it says payment made in full and I can’t get through to anyone and have waited for nearly two hours.

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
