Payment taken after service cancelled

I cancelled my phone but the direct debit was still taken this month, can this please be refunded and can you cancel the direct debit

Sounds like your final bill came out of your account, depending on when you cancelled, and you can cancel your own direct debit by contacting your bank. 

If you want to talk to someone about it call 0800 902 0217, but you are not guaranteed a refund.
