I have ordered a new phone and it’s currently on the way. When trying to log in to my o2 it says I don’t have access and to ask for help after 48 hours- it’s now been 5 days! Also when I log in to the website it says I have no products. Confused!!

It does sometimes take a while for all of the systems to get the same message @Chloe94
