Hi,

I ordered an iPad Pro on Saturday for delivery today. All contracts have been received but I have not had an update on delivery and it doesn’t look like it has been shipped today either. There is no one available to speak to check the status of my order and “My O2” account says I don’t even have an order. Anyone else having issues with delivery?

You won't get a dispatch email until it has been sent to the couriers

I have asked for a upgrade Sony Xperia 5 last month still in progress I would like to know if I am going to get this anytime soon

Me too. Waiting for Xperia 5. Had one text to say it's taking longer than they'd hoped to ship and would text again when delivery date known... that was 2 weeks ago and heard nothing since.
