I am looking to renew my phone contract to a sim only deal. However the account from my last contract was in my dad’s name, and now needs to be changed into my name as I am now the one paying. However, when I go to change the details it says the only valid ID for name change is marriage certificate etc but this isn’t applicable for the reason I need the name changing.
