Why is my o2 not working never had issue with it before I have been with o2 over 4 years

If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
Unlikely that you'd get help in store, but may be worth a last resort try.

I've called o2 about this and after 90 minutes on hold they were less than helpful. Nothing they can do apparently

I have tried all this but nothing working I tried my o2 website instead of app got nothing called they just hung up on me 2 time after I got throught kept saying can't hear you when used partners phone

@Missantionette I've been on the new system for some time. I can only view and download my bill from the Web
Tend to use the Web now as it does more than the app

Who has the time to keep on calling int he hope that they get through to someone who might actually be able to help? It's been over 2 weeks now and it's still not working. O2 clearly don't have a clue what they are doing.
