Now that the app is back up after the meltdown for the past 2 days of being down, everytime I go to check my data usage it has not changed/decreased. Its set at a specific number even though I know it should reflect my usage.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I've tried doing as you said and deleted the app and reinstalled it but it hasn't addressed the issue. I'm awaiting a reply on Facebook messenger.
