Hi
I have problem with my 02 app. It keep saying wait till 48hrs to log in. It has been a week still nothing. Tried reinstalling app and logging in still the same. Called in 02 they said they have no control over yhe app so you going to have to wait till message stops. I'm thinking ok it was 4th day but now its a week. Please give advice i rather use the app then logging in all the time on the web.

Reach out to O2 CS on 202 if Contract or 4445 if PAYG, @Sania - or use the links just below this post if you use Social Media.
Can you log in to the MyO2 section of the O2 website here: o2.co.uk? If so, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone.
Otherwise there may be an issue with your account that only O2 CS can fix, as nobody here has access to your account. Good luck!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi there everyone I have same problem with my 02 app I am unlimited mins text and data and not showing how many mins texts and data I used I don’t now why this happens any help will be helpful
