Hi, hope someone can help
I joined O2 in November 2022 when Virginmedia set up a VOLT linked account with their broadband one.
The payment by DD and volt upgrades are working fine, despite the bill having my name misspelled.
I notified O2 on 23/2/23 using changeofname@o2 email address and got an automated reply only. My bill has not been updated on 21/3/23 a month later.
I read the help https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/changing-personal-details
My details including full name on myO2 are correct.
What do I need to do now?
