You do it through the Install My SIM menu in MyO2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Unless you have access to your MyO2, you'll need to go in store with photo ID.

@KARLSphoney96 Many people who have posted in the community have had problems with esims. Unless an esim is absolutely necessary, think about using a physical plastic sim for now. Much more reliable, and far fewer issues with them at present.
