Huawei p30 pro like new offer

On my phone i have an offer for the huawei p30 pro like new with 8gb, no upfront cost and £26 a month, when i go to check out it seems i cant keep my existing number. Any ideas on ways round this?I cant see in the t&c anything about new customers only. I cant find this offer on the laptop under my account. No way of contacting o2 either to discuss!

Just choose it as an upgrade and you will keep your number automatically.

If I set it up as an upgrade it doesn't have the extra offers so costs more, has upfront costs and less data

In that case you would have to call CS after and as to migrate

or do a sim swap as it will come with another number
