Find Account Number without using "Print Bill" page.

Hello,

I am trying to fill in a name change form, but to do that I need my Account Number. I have seen many people saying that to find my account number, I have to look at the "print my bill" page, but whenever I try to do that, the page just leads to an error message, and I am unable to view the bill.

Is there any other way I can access my account number?

As I had already stated, after clicking "View Latest Bill", the page errored, and I was unable to access it.

I did eventually manage to find the account number by looking through older bills until one didn't just result in an error message, but it would be helpful if this information were actually displayed somewhere it can easily be accessed and not buried in old documents...

What error message are you getting @Proloe?
What I have found works for me is (using Internet Explorer) log in to my account and click on the download bills page. This normally opens a second tab or page, but normally with an error.
Close the first page, then log out on the second page.
Log back into my account, click on the link and this time I can see my bills.
