I'm recently upgraded to sim only as I've paid off my device but I now have no network? I'm struggling to download the esim. Can you help please

Connect to Wifi and then login to my o2 and the esim will be available to be downloaded,

There's every chance that you won't be able to login to your MyO2 app as it requires a code to be sent to your phone.

If that's the case, try your MyO2 on the web or pop in store with photo ID.

We also recommend staying with a physical sim as esims create issues such as you are experiencing now.
