I have replaced my eSIM due to getting a new phone my order status on my o2 says completed but when I look to activate my new eSIM it is not listing the eSIM at all what do I do?

Have you looked in MyO2. The eSIMs are usually delivered there.
Failing that you will need to contact O2.

Hi yes me trying to activate it involved going into my o2, there is no eSIM showing

Calling O2 it is then else you call into an O2 store with photo ID

They changed it recently due to fraud (so they say) and removed sim swap from.MyO2
