We purchased a kids smart watch for my sons xmas. Ive put an O2 sim in it, set up an O2 account and registered watch against account.
Ive set watch up. Downloaded watch app and registered watch on this.
However watch is showing as no network. Ive tried everything and can't get it to work. Have rebooted watch. Uninstalled both o2 and watch apps then re-installed them. Have unbinded the watch to app then re-installed. Still no network.

What watch is this.
AFAIK O2 only do Galaxy and Apple watches when it comes to SIM, otherwise it's Bluetooth connection to the phone

You'll need to set the O2 apn on the watch.
DATA
Press the Menu key and select New APN.
Complete the fields in the list with the data below:
Name : o2 mobile web
APN : mobile.o2.co.uk (PAYG - payandgo.o2.co.uk)
Proxy, Port : Please leave blank
Username - o2web (PAYG - payandgo)
Password - password
Server - Please leave blank
