Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience of purchasing an Apple Watch and receiving this text message “O2: Your recent order has taken us a little longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you tomorrow. Our carrier will text you with updates. Thanks.”
I’ve received this text message daily since I made my order. It’s infuriating that I can’t seem to get any answers about when my watch will be delivered. I haven’t received anything from the ‘carrier’. I’ve stayed at home today and now it won’t be delivered again. The help desk says there is no way of tracking ‘accessories’ but ‘don’t worry, it’ll be with you soon’. Which isn’t very reassuring- this daily text might go on for weeks?! Has anyone else experienced this /know how to get a more accurate response? Thank you.

I'm getting the same for a tablet. They have taken the deposit off me but it is not showing anywhere and no way of tracking it. Did you eventually get your watch?
