Hi. I need to switch out from O2 as the network coverage is not adequate at my work. I need to find out what my contract end date is. There is no info under myO2 and I cant even find a live chat link or a phone number anywhere on the website. Some spectacular customer avoidance. Any tips on how I can find this information? I then need to link our volt benefits to my wifes O2 account rather than mine. Again it would be really handy to talk to someone to sort this.... but any suggestions? Thanks

I don't know why people respond by saying this is not customer service on all the questions related to people trying to find where their contract end date can be found in their online account. This is not a question that requires customer service, it should be information that can bee freely shared, but nobody seems to ever reply to say where it is, other than, this is not customer service, which helps nobody. It's obvious this information is made difficult to find in your account, and there are zero help articles to show people where to find this information either. One can only assume that they want you to not know easily, so they can continue charging people.  Do you know where that info is in the online account?!

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

A warm welcome to this O2 customer to customer community @humanoid1111111

Please bear in mind that everyone here is a customer, just like you ; we do not have access to O2 systems or customer accounts. That is why we state that this is not customer service ; but @Enlli and @TallTrees have shown how any customer can find or obtain this information. 👍
