I got a new mobile phone last night. I received an email with an order number for a new eSIM. No instructions were given in that email that I had to log into my account and photograph the QR code.
I left for work this morning and only then realised that I didn't have a working SIM.
I now can't access my O2 account to photograph the QR code for the SIM as they have cancelled my physical SIM and I cannot receive texts or calls.
Does any have a resolution for this at all? Customer services aren't picking up
