My O2 account is showing that I use a Samsung phone, but I am using an IPhone 5s.  The O2 guru was going to change the details but nothing has changed.  How do I do this?

It will catch up eventually.
It automatically reads the details off your sim card when it connects to the network - sometimes it takes a while to update.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

THere is nothing you can do personally to change the details. The account has to be reset by O2. You need to ring CS and speak to someone http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

It took over a week for mine to update with the correct model and IMEI when I got the Note 4.

I've had them update within hours but not always.
