is anyone having issues claiming the pixel watch 2? The calim site doesn't appear to be working

It is broken, and you will have to be patient with it, also the claim is run by Google and not o2, so there is nothing o2 can do about.. 

Best thing to do is try again later on in the day or tomorrow

It looks like the link supplied above by @MI5 is now up and running again. 

Whilst wanting to make an early claim is natural, you might find it a better experience if you leave it for a couple of days.
