Morning everyone
I am in the middle of switching from virgin to O2 on the volt package and had questions about porting my number over and saw a post saying quickest way of contacting o2 was social media so went in twitter followed o2 and sent them a dm at 1140ish yesterday 01/11/22 21hours later still no reply what a waste of time.

If you can access the 02 app you can start the porting process by clicking on the support tab and scroll down the list of options till you see Keep My Number, follow the process and your number should be ported within 24 hours.

Just be aware there are issues with the number porting platform (separate company to o2, they manage the ports across ALL networks) which is being looked into @richah @StuartR1
