O2 priority is not working. Why does it happen every time.

Sorry to hear that! Just to let you know, Priority is having problems supporting today’s £1 Lunch volumes again as its really popular.

The service is slowly coming back as the volumes are dropping off, but will still be a little slow until fully resolved.

Frustrated! Forgot my lunch and only had a pound in my pocket. Picked up my Boots meal deal items, then couldn't use the O2 Priority App (or website) at 12:20. Happens fairly often in Balham, and the O2 shop unhelpfully told me they had managed to get their £1 lunches no trouble!

I can't understand why these offers are gone so soon even though they are limited. I'm guessing the O2 staff collected theirs at 9.00am.
