If I can't get through to sort out an upgrade I will accept EE's offer instead !

I have been offered a very good deal with EE but have been with O2 for many years and would like to give them the opportunity of matching it however, it appears to be impossible to get through.  I do not have the time to wait for chat to become available or hang on the phone for 30 minutes or to spend the next few days trying to get it organised.

I'm feeling that I should just go with EE's deal.

You need to call O2 whatever you choose to do if you want to keep your number (although live chat could give you your PAC) but it's well worth talking to Retentions who may offer you a deal to keep you with O2.

If you do decide ultimately to go with EE remember to get your phone unlocked free via My O2 as that will increase the value of the phone and allow you different options with what you do with it.

O2 will probably not match it as they operate a policy of everyone gets the same deal.

go with the network that suits you

@Anonymous This is a customer forum, so saying you're leaving won't get you anywhere here. I will tag @Toby our Head of Community who is the liason for O2, but basically, if you're offered a better deal elsewhere, it's your choice as to whether you take it or not.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Just make sure EE have the best coverage in your area because if they don't then it wouldn't be such a good deal
