fitbit website doesn't recognise my imei number

I have been trying to claim my fitbit when I got my galaxy s6 edge on 10th April - it says my imei number isn't eligible but if new phone to wait 14 days - it's been 25 days and still not recognised - I'm getting very frustrated - how do I sort this? The last 2 days have tried to get through on 202 and Been on hold longer than half an hour each time - can't get through to anyone. .... help please.

Just enter the numbers without any dots, dashes, lines or spaces.

The community coordinator @Toby checked this out a week or so ago...He had this to say on the 20th April

"I'm aware some of you may have had trouble claiming your Fitbit as part of the current promotion. I'd like to confirm the correct website to claim this on is https://www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk/ - you'll need your phone IMEI number handy. If you have any further issues claiming, please let me know via PM".

So if you are still having problems tomorrow....do as he suggests and send him a PM...
