I have just upgraded from a SIM only to a package including a Samsung S24. I am attempting to purchase the silicone case that goes with it that includes a discount code. Why doesn't the website recognise I have sent the order and it says it is still on the basket both on the O2 phone app, and the website. I have tried now about 3 times to get this order processed. I am now on the phone with O2 and on hold waiting for someone from outside the UK to get back to me and get me the order sent.
I all want is a case for my phone , why is O2 so incompetent?

I would be inclined to buy from elsewhere @StephenAH ; Amazon etc might not be any more expensive than O2 and will deliver quickly ! 👍
