Surely this cannot be just me - I have been trying to get 8 back bills that I cannot download online in order to complete my tax return since AUGUST 24!!!....back on the phone now ALMOST 4 MONTHS LATER as this still hasn't been sorted out.
15 or so phone calls, about 20 hours on the phone, endless largely incompetent agents (having to explain the same problem over and over) i could go on.
I e-mailed the complaints department 2 months ago - no reply, a ticket has been raised supposedly a number of times - nothing!!!
To say that I am astounded that I am still dealing with this is an understatement - on phone as I type this now and just being told I will receive them by the 10th DECEMBER!!!!
USELESS!!

Well, we are all customers here so it's not our customer service but we will admit when they are bad the are so in a dramatic manner.
