About three years ago I took it a contract for a laptop with data plan.
I recently called CS to cancel the data plan (as I believed I could do after a certain time period had elapsed) as I never used it and it was an additional expense.
Unfortunately, due to O2 outsourcing their CS to somewhere in India, I think my request was misunderstood and, apart from cancelling the data plan, O2 are now demanding the outstanding balance for the laptop. I thought I'd made it clear to the CS agent and, from what he said to me, it was just the data plan that was being cancelled. At no time was the device plan mentioned.
I'm loath to contact CS again as the first instance was confusing enough!
