Its been over a year this fraud of a new phone worth over £1000 was done on my account and O2 keep promising to remove this from my credit report knowing this wasn't my fault but nothing has happened. I just keep getting tossed around with the last agent acknowledging the case on my file and apologising. I am frustrated and don't know what to do. Who else can i contact that will actually solve this for me please?

Only O2 can remove it, although you can put a notice of correction on your file.
You could complain although complaints are taking 8 weeks to deal with
