I usually renew my medical prescription on my phone. Suddenly it says I can only do it online. Has something happened to my phone?

It may be just a glitch. Turn the phone off and back on again and see if it resets. If that doesn't work, turn Wifi off and see if you just use mobile data.

If none of this works then maybe the pharmacy has changed the way customers order prescriptions. If that's the case then you will have to do it online.

Thanks. Tried that already. No luck. Pharmacy system has not changed, so any change is at my end
