Hey everyone
I ordered my new phone yesterday and it's on next day delivery. I've had my order confirmation through but nothing to do with dispatch or any tracking number. Does anyone know if O2 has a usual time for sending out this info or do I have to wait in all day just in case it turns up lol.

Did you get an update? I placed my order on the 9th and its now the 16th and still nothing. Really really poor from O2.

I placed my order on 6th Dec and was given a delivery date of 9th Dec. Since then I’ve rec’d a daily text telling me it’s delayed. Made two calls to O2 to chase it and due to a problem with their warehouse I’ve been told it will probably arrive by 20th Dec. It’s a Xmas present so I hope it does. Pretty annoyed that my order was accepted on 6th with an assurance it would be with me by 9th Dec only to find out the backlog and problem started on 29th Nov. Pretty misleading in my view. If it’s not her by 20th Dec, I’ll cancel it.
