This is perhaps my worst experience with a telephone network, they have cut my network off to be honest it never really worked properly from day one. How do I get out of this please. What I really want to know is where is Donald duck because the rest of Disney world work at o2 , they are so micky mouse.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202

or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402 Guide: A Guide to Skype

Surely you jest with an o2 network that is not working i cannot phone anyone.

That is why you were recommended to use Skype as you only need an Internet connection which you obviously have to be here

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
