Hopefully good news and I haven't just been fobbed off.

I've been in touch with O2 Insurance as I have a claim in for my phone. I've been waiting over a week for my replacement phone.

Today I was told that O2 sent out over 600 items yesterday and they are working through the back log.

Hopefully I should get my phone by the end of this week. It was supposed to be next day delivery.

Good luck everyone and wishing you all a Merry Christmas 🎅

I registered a claim Thurs 05 December which was approved - I opted for the 'Next Day/Fast Fix Replacement Exchange Service for £90.  It's now Thurs 12 December and I've heard nothing.  I've not yet received any confirmation either of the complaint I raised.  Surely it would be unreasonable for them to now charge me £90 for a service they have been unable to fulfil...?

@Nicola74

Out of interest, did you ask for store delivery?

Don't forget to take Photo ID with you when you go to collect.

Complaints are taking O2 up to eight weeks to investigate and issue a response to, so there is plenty of time for you to hear yet. Having said that, if you submitted it by e-mail, you should have received an automated acknowledgement. 👍
